Ronald McDonald is a 'Stay to Play' event
Over the course of 30 years, the Ronald McDonald Tournament has blossomed from a modest Texas fastpitch gathering to a huge moment in the world of college recruiting, one that also has directed more than $400,000 in donations to the Ronald McDonald House charity. The event donates $100 per team; our donation last year to the Houston Ronald McDonald House was $30,000.
Entry fee deadline is September 20. This event may sell out prior to deadline.
Please note: Offering 5 or 6 game option. All teams must be ready to play Friday 8am.

5 Game Option $1465 - Teams will need to be ready to play Friday afternoon/evening and Sunday with the last start time 4:45pm
6 Game Option $1675 - Teams will need to be ready to play Friday 8 a.m. and later on Sunday.
Fly in teams will need to be able to play a 1:15pm start time on Sunday.

City of Lights Divisions: Located at Imperial Park in Sugar Land. This division is for teams with players who fit D2, D3, JUCO and NAIA colleges and who need assistance in getting college coaches to their backstop. There will be guaranteed 18 college coaches at the complex. Due to NCAA recruiting rules, no scores will be taken for this division.

1. Is there a gate fee?
No - except for on Saturday there will be a $5 gate fee at Collins for the day for the College Games
2. What does the registration include?
Game balls (handled by umpires this year), umpires and registration
A 20% non-refundable administration fee will be charged on all registrations.
There are no refunds or transfers if brackets have been posted, your age division is sold out or if a team cancels 30 or fewer days prior to the start of the event.
Otherwise, if a team cancels 90 days prior to the event start date, they may transfer the registration to another Triple Crown Fastpitch headquartered event for full value or receive a refund via check minus the 50% fee.
Lastly, if a team cancels 91 prior to the event start date, they may transfer the registration to another Triple Crown Fastpitch headquartered event for full value or receive a refund via check minus the 20% administration fee.
If an age division does not make you will be entitled to a full refund.
Act of God Refund Policy
If an event is lost due to weather or any Act of God (i.e. COVID-19), the entry fee will be refunded via check minus the 20% administration fee.
If one game is played you will receive 50% of entry fee. If two or more games are played there is no refund.
