Ronald McDonald is a 'Stay to Play' event.
Triple Crown has an official lodging online platform that teams are required to use for booking lodging. This convenient software automates and simplifies booking and reporting your rooms. When a team is paid and registered the coach will be emailed a custom team booking link. Teams that register early have first access to book lodging with our approved hotel partners. Many hotels or rooms types sell out fast. This system will allow you to request more rooms at some hotels but this is NOT a guarantee. We are always working to add hotels and more rooms so please check the feed regularly. EVENT DETAILSOver the course of 30 years, the Ronald McDonald Tournament has blossomed from a modest Texas fastpitch gathering to a huge moment in the world of college recruiting, one that also has directed more than $800,000 in donations to the Ronald McDonald House Charities Greater Houston. The event donates $100 per team; our donation last year to the RMHC Greater Houston was $30,000.

EVENT PARTNERSFAQ
REFUND POLICYA 20% non-refundable administration fee will be charged on all registrations. There are no refunds or transfers if brackets have been posted, your age division is sold out or if a team cancels 30 or fewer days prior to the start of the event. Otherwise, if a team cancels 90 days prior to the event start date, they may transfer the registration to another Triple Crown Fastpitch headquartered event for full value or receive a refund via check minus the 50% fee. Lastly, if a team cancels 91 prior to the event start date, they may transfer the registration to another Triple Crown Fastpitch headquartered event for full value or receive a refund via check minus the 20% administration fee. If an age division does not make you will be entitled to a full refund. Act of God Refund Policy If an event is lost due to weather or any Act of God (i.e. COVID-19), the entry fee will be refunded via check minus the 20% administration fee. If one game is played you will receive 50% of entry fee. If two or more games are played there is no refund. CONTACT
